We design (and build) private housing developments through property developers and private clients, these include new build, renovations and conversions (listed buildings) as well as extensions of existing properties.

We can also design social housing schemes for housing association clients either as new build or conversions and renovations. We offer a full design service for self-builders for their projects too.
