Existing Care Home converted to 7 New Houses
In December 2018, our firm was appointed for design and management of this project. The existing building was an old care home, mostly single storey but in parts it benefited from two storey building. There was a lot of structural adaptation to achieve the goal, which was 5 three bedroom houses, and two three bedroom flats.
